We are pleased to present “-Nihonga- G6 Exhibition,” featuring six elite emerging artists who graduated from the Department of Nihonga at Tokyo University of the Arts.

While mastering traditional Nihonga techniques, these artists incorporate modern expressions and materials to develop their own unique perspectives on canvas, forging a new path for the world of Japanese painting.

The exhibition showcases approximately 30 new works, ranging from grand-scale masterpieces to smaller, intimate pieces—each overflowing with sensitivity and individuality.
